The project

The most useful thing you can tell us is the problem. Don't worry about technical words.

Give it a short name For example: "Online registration for the district Cub camp"

What kind of project is it? Pick the closest. It's fine if it's a mix.

What problem does it solve? What happens today, and why is that a problem? For example: "Camp forms are on paper, so two Scouters spend a weekend typing them up, and some get lost."

What would success look like? Describe the end result. What will people be able to do that they can't now?

Is anything being used for this already? (optional) Spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, paper forms, websites, with links if you have them.

Who it's for

This helps us design for the right people and decide what to do first.

Who will use it? Choose everyone who applies.

How far does it reach?

Roughly how many people will use it?

Will it collect or store personal information about people? Names, contact details, medical info, photos, ID numbers and so on.

Timing and priority

Be honest about dates. It helps us plan, and we'll tell you straight away if something isn't realistic.
